Tran cellephonic
The rather long string of common words with strange prefixes are simply a drawn out description of talking to one's self on two cellphones; hence "Trans cellephonic."
When talking on two cellphones each one echos what is said into the other one so that in each phone you hear yourself at least twice, but on a slight delay.
It is not recommended that one practice dual stationed, bi-polar communication because, after all, talking to your self is the first sign of madness.
